Hi, I’m Adam — a Physiotherapy Master’s student passionate about learning and building meaningful connections within the profession.
During my studies, I found it difficult and time-consuming to navigate multiple websites to find relevant learning opportunities, often limiting my ability to engage in professional development.
That’s why I created Pontio — meaning “bridge” in Welsh. The name was inspired by the Pontio building at Bangor University, where I completed my undergraduate degree, designed to connect students with the wider community.
Pontio brings that same idea to physiotherapy: bridging the gap between clinicians and high-quality CPD. We bring events and courses into one centralised platform with simple, searchable filters, making it easier to find relevant opportunities—building confidence, developing skills, and improving patient care.
